How It Actually Works.

No marketing fluff. Here's the real technology inside our security systems — and why it matters for protecting your property.

🧠

AI & Computer Vision

Every camera in our system runs real-time object detection using YOLO (You Only Look Once) neural networks. This isn't basic motion detection that triggers on swaying trees — it's a trained AI model that processes 30 frames per second and classifies every object it sees: person, vehicle, bicycle, dog, cat, bird, package, or unknown.

The model runs directly on edge hardware (NVIDIA Jetson or similar) mounted on the drone or at each camera location. This means detection happens locally in milliseconds — no waiting for cloud processing. Your alert arrives within 2-3 seconds of detection, not minutes.

Over time, the system learns your property's patterns. It recognizes your car, your family members (optional facial recognition), your pets, and your regular delivery driver. It builds a baseline of "normal" activity and only alerts on deviations. The result: virtually zero false alarms while catching every real threat.

License plate recognition uses optical character recognition (OCR) on zoomed camera feeds. Every vehicle that enters your property gets its plate logged automatically. You can set whitelists (family, employees) and get instant alerts for unknown plates.

Thermal Imaging

Visible light cameras are useless in complete darkness. That's exactly when most break-ins happen. Our FLIR Lepton thermal modules detect infrared radiation — heat — from any object above absolute zero. A person hiding behind a bush at midnight shows up as a bright silhouette against the cold background. There's no hiding from thermal.

Thermal works through light fog, smoke, and dust. It detects heat anomalies like engine heat from a recently parked vehicle, body heat from someone crouching behind a wall, or hot spots from an electrical fire starting inside a structure. The AI processes thermal data alongside visible camera feeds for dual-spectrum detection.

Every drone and select ground cameras include thermal capability. When the AI detects motion in low-light conditions, it automatically switches to thermal overlay — giving you a clear picture of exactly what's out there, even in pitch blackness.

Autonomous Navigation

Our drones and robots navigate using a combination of GPS waypoints, visual SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping), and ultrasonic/LIDAR obstacle avoidance. You draw a patrol route on the satellite map in the app, and the system converts it to GPS coordinates that the drone follows precisely.

Return-to-home is automatic. When battery drops below a configurable threshold (default 20%), the drone abandons its current mission and flies directly back to the charging dock. The magnetic docking system uses pogo pins and neodymium magnets for precise alignment — the drone just has to get close and magnets do the rest.

Ground robots use LIDAR to build a 3D map of their patrol area. They detect obstacles, people, and vehicles in their path and navigate around them. If a route is blocked, the robot finds an alternative path or alerts you. They handle pavement, gravel, short grass, and indoor floors.

Emergency override: tap one button in the app and you take manual control of any drone. Virtual joysticks on screen. Point the camera where you want. Fly to investigate anything suspicious in real-time.

Sound Detection & Classification

Microphone arrays on sensors and robots capture audio and run it through sound classification AI. The system identifies specific sounds: glass breaking, gunshots, car alarms, dog barking, human voices, vehicle engines starting, power tools, and more. Each sound class triggers a different response — glass breaking launches a drone; a car engine starting just logs the event.

Acoustic fingerprinting learns the unique sounds of your property. Your garage door, your HVAC system, your dog's bark, your car engine. After calibration, the system only alerts on sounds it doesn't recognize. This dramatically reduces false alerts while catching the sounds that matter.

📡

Counter-Surveillance

Advanced intruders don't just show up — they jam your WiFi, disable your cameras, and use RF devices to scout your property. Our systems detect this. RF scanning modules monitor the radio frequency spectrum for unauthorized transmitters, WiFi deauthentication attacks, and signal jammers.

If someone attempts to jam your security system's communication, the system detects the jamming signal itself and triggers an alert through a backup cellular connection. EMF detection can identify hidden electronic devices planted on your property. This level of counter-surveillance is typically only found in government and military installations.

🇺🇸

100% American Built

Every system we build uses American-sourced components. No Chinese-manufactured drones (DJI and other Chinese drone brands are now banned from federal government use under the American Security Drone Act). Our systems are eligible for government procurement, federal contracts, and grant-funded security upgrades.

This isn't just patriotism — it's security. Chinese-manufactured drones have documented data exfiltration concerns. Our systems keep your video feeds, patrol data, and property information on hardware you own, processed locally, with no foreign server dependencies.
